The limits of my language mean the limits of my world.
— Ludwig Wittgenstein

I collaborate with my clients to build language around their experiences. We acknowledge systemic biases aloud: gender expectations, cultural expectations, intergenerational expectations…anything that feels implicitly restrictive and interruptive.

I advocate for humans, particularly POC, to unapologetically get in touch with and name their emotions. Having clients name and claim their experiences, in their own words, is powerful. Emotions are a gateway to connection. When we own our emotions, our stories, and know our origins, we are supplied with key information. Information about our needs, our wants, our capacities, and our selves.

We pay attention to what you’re paying attention to.

This practice of mindful reflection helps us gain insight into our experiences. It opens the opportunity to make informed, fully consenting choices with our our own lives. With choice comes freedom and connection. I believe we are meant to live connected and free. I promote humans taking up space with self-compassion, it is my way of celebrating their human dignity.

I work with ages 14+, with a special focus on women, women of color, and couple work.
